Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals submitted outside of peak hours may take up to 2 hours. Withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction may be subject to additional identity verification and can take up to 24 hours to process.
Before your first withdrawal, darazply requires completion of the standard KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This is a one-time requirement. Once your account is verified, subsequent withdrawals proceed without additional documentation unless darazply has reason to request further verification.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited.
